Field Engineer (Government) - Remote

Overview

Andesite is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Engineer to join our enterprise sales team, focusing on our Government business. The ideal candidate will drive customer adoption by supporting the sales process with technical expertise and exceptional communication skills.

• Collaborate with Sales Teams to demonstrate solutions value propositions.
• Identify customer requirements and tailor solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical workshops.
• Act as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Analyze customer requirements for security solutions.
• Design and troubleshoot integrations using APIs and scripting.
• Manage leads and opportunities using CRM.
• Partner with product management for customer feedback.
• Stay informed about cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of presales engineering experience in Government cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies.
• Proficiency in Python for API integration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Government programs.
