Overview

We're hiring a crypto-native technical recruiting lead to take ownership over our Protocols/Blockchain engineering teams. These teams build the financial infrastructure that lets institutions interact with hundreds of blockchain networks securely.

In Short

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles in blockchain engineering.
• Implement creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent.
• Construct robust pipelines with measurable metrics.
• Partner with engineering managers to calibrate on bar and refine interview processes.
• Maintain a feedback loop with leadership on hiring progress and blockers.
• Mentor junior recruiters on pipeline strategy and closing techniques.
• Demonstrate a track record of hiring for deeply technical roles.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or adjacent infrastructure spaces is preferred.
• Willingness to engage in hands-on recruiting when necessary.
• Bonus points for experience at a crypto-native company.

• Experience in hiring for competitive technical roles.
• Ability to close candidates with proven metrics.
• Experience in a metrics-driven recruiting environment.
• History of mentoring other recruiters.
