Overview

As a Product & Engineering Lead at Brave Health, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team focused on enhancing the Care Experience for patients and clinicians, ensuring that mental health care is accessible and effective.

In Short

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of PMs, engineers, QA, and EHR admins.
• Run team rituals including planning meetings, retros, and standups.
• Steward the team’s roadmap, including release timelines and project scoping.
• Align partners across the business around the roadmap.
• Hold yourself and your team accountable for delivery against the roadmap.
• Partner with the executive team on progress towards company goals.
• Build internal tools for clinical staff to enhance care delivery.
• Develop patient-facing tools for engagement in their care.
• Optimize claims processes and collection rates.
• Foster collaboration across departments.
