Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Product Design Team Lead to shape and refine how our products look, feel, and perform. You’ll champion user-centric design across our crypto analytics and macro-financial platforms, guiding both visual innovation and strategic usability at every product stage.

• Develop and lead the execution of the product design vision for Swissblock’s digital platforms.
• Own end-to-end design processes, from research through prototyping to usability-driven interface delivery.
• Mentor, manage, and inspire a growing design team.
• Act as a bridge between Design, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
• Elevate Swissblock’s brand through polished interaction design and visual storytelling.
• Incorporate data visualization best practices into design.
• Lead user research initiatives and usability testing.

Requirements

• Experienced product design professional with a strong portfolio.
• Background in fintech or crypto is a plus.
• Mastery of tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Proficiency in creating video or animated content is a plus.
• Excellent communicator who can collaborate effectively.
• Highly adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment.
