Member of Compliance, Testing and Monitoring Group - Remote

Overview

As a member of the TMG team at Anchorage Digital, you will enhance the Bank's Compliance Program by identifying emerging risks and control gaps while working on next-generation testing practices in a federally chartered digital asset bank.

In Short

• Manage and execute the testing life cycles using multiple methodologies.
• Evaluate and identify risks and controls for Anchorage Digital.
• Collaborate with risk/control owners during issue remediation.
• Execute and manage all phases of Compliance cyclical test reviews.
• Prepare fieldwork material and data analytics on reviews.
• Communicate complex issues clearly across diverse audiences.
• Engage with teams to promote a shared understanding of strategic needs.
• Experience in Internal Audit and/or Compliance Testing.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and auditing practices.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
