Overview

We are building a results-driven team of Junior Sales Representatives for our outside sales team in North America to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales.

In Short

  • Engage existing customers to grow new product solutions.
  • Assist with developing and qualifying new and existing business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and events.
  • Work in sync with existing Outside Sales representatives.
  • Strong grasp of prospecting and sales techniques.
  • Effective time management and great communication skills.
  • Experience in outside sales preferred.
  • Complete daily sales phone calls and emails.
  • Manage Prospecting Campaigns in a CRM.
  • Clear internal team communications using various tools.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of outside sales experience.
  • Ability to develop and present quotes on products and services.
  • Experience with RFPs (Request for Proposals).
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with a team.
  • Knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and track prospecting campaigns.
  • Willingness to travel for work.
