Anatomage is a world-leading health care technology company offering 3D medical imaging software and hardware. The Application Specialist role focuses on customer engagement and experience, providing training and support for Anatomage products.

In Short

• Train customers on Anatomage products both virtually and in-person.
• Prepare training resources and activities for classroom use.
• Answer customer inquiries and support questions.
• Gather customer feedback to improve product quality.
• Contribute to software testing and marketing projects.
• Work alongside subject matter experts in educational resources.
• Up to 25% travel required for product training and demonstrations.
• Provide on-call product support for US customers.
• Engage in project research and development as needed.
• Present team accomplishments and progress.

Requirements

• Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related sciences.
• Experience in Anatomy & Physiology.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
