Overview

The Sales Leader at Alliance North America will lead the Southern Region, developing new business and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and collaboration with internal teams.

  • Lead and own the Southern Region sales efforts.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans.
  • Utilize CRM for customer data management.
  • Collaborate with multifunctional departments.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage pricing programs and negotiate contracts.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software.
  • Travel up to 75% for client meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Understanding of new business development principles.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
