Solutions Consultant (Consulting and Operations) - DACH Region - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Consultant in our Consulting & Operations team, you’ll work hands-on with clients to improve their business processes and implement collaborative, cloud-based solutions, especially using Smartsheet.

In Short

• Driving client engagements with a focus on solution design, go-live and adoption
• Translating business objectives into scalable, practical solutions
• Designing effective dashboards, workflows and tools using Smartsheet
• Conducting client workshops, training sessions, and demos
• Measuring and reporting on KPIs to showcase business impact
• Contributing to AMX best practices and refining delivery methodologies

Requirements

• Exposure to consulting, business process optimisation or project management
• Strong skills in Excel, Smartsheet or other work automation tools
• Strong analytical aptitude and ability to convert requirements into structured solutions
• Confidence in presenting, facilitating workshops, and driving user adoption
• Understanding of process improvement and change management frameworks
• Self-starter: adaptable, solution-oriented, and eager to drive results
• Fluent in German & English; other languages are a plus
