• Prepare monthly servicer reports accurately and timely.
• Record journal entries in Microsoft Dynamics with reconciliation.
• Conduct portfolio analysis and manage data and contracts.
• Prepare daily cash position summaries and cash transfers.
• Support Capital Markets team with documentation for new facilities.
• Assist in facility and securitization audits.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for management support.
• Maintain organization and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Act with integrity and professionalism.
• Handle physical demands of filing and moving files as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
