Overview

The Fundraising and Development Manager provides practical support and performance oversight for Amref’s existing fundraising investments in Europe and North America, focusing on monitoring and analyzing performance, supporting effective fundraising approaches, and helping local teams deliver strong results in individual giving.

• Monitor and report on fundraising performance across multiple countries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Fundraising, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in fundraising programs.
• Proven experience with digital and face-to-face fundraising channels.
• Strong data analysis skills with fundraising metrics.
• Experience in adapting fundraising campaigns across markets.
• Collaborative and results-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe/North America.
