Requirements

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing teams and leading projects.
• 10 years of project management experience preferred.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE).
• Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Aptitude for collaboration and relationship building.
• Ability to navigate complex environments.
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Proficient with related software tools.
