Requirements

• Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree with 8-13 years of experience in IT or related fields.

• Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery models.
• ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certification preferred.
• Ability to create and interpret demand reports and dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong ownership of tasks.
• Experience in change management and process analysis.
