Overview

This role involves managing key functions within the Mobility Operations team to support operational management of mobile end user technology capabilities globally.

Requirements

• Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree with 8-13 years in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience leading teams or programs.
• Proven experience in Mobile Device Management and Telecom Expense Management.
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
• Experience in financial process management.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework.
• Highly developed problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
