Requirements

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Proven mechanical design and testing experience.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Experience with statistical methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with container closure integrity instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical material testing machines.
