Overview

The Senior Associate Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet business needs. This role involves collaboration with product managers and other engineers to create scalable software solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 1-3 years or Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing SFMC applications.
• Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup principles.
• Good understanding of Salesforce core cloud platforms.
• Experience with Databricks and Mulesoft technologies.
• Experience with AWS Services (e.g., EC2, S3).
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
