Overview

As a Senior Associate in Manufacturing Training Support, you will play a critical role in enhancing the onboarding program and training strategies within Amgen's Manufacturing Training team.

In Short

  • Part of the Manufacturing Training team at Amgen.
  • Enhance MFG onboarding program and training strategies.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in manufacturing.
  • Implement next-gen training blended strategy.
  • Support training readiness for new product implementations.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Author and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide support for major investigations and management evaluations.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic and innovative environment.
  • Contribute to a mission of serving patients with serious illnesses.

Requirements

  • High School/GED with 4 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent education.
  • Hands-on experience in a biotechnology environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with training development and facilitation.
  • Project management skills with multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to forge strong relationships.
  • Experience with video editing or filming is a plus.
