Scrum Master – Procure-to-Pay Product Teams - Remote

Overview

As a Scrum Master for Amgen’s Procure-to-Pay product teams, you will drive agile delivery of digital solutions that support procurement transformation, enabling high-performing teams and delivering value across various initiatives.

In Short

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners and team members on prioritized backlog items.
• Act as a servant leader to remove impediments and promote continuous improvement.
• Track sprint metrics for improved team transparency.
• Promote agile values and foster team collaboration.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and PI planning activities.
• Coach teams on Agile/SAFe principles.
• Ensure compliance with Amgen's agile delivery frameworks.
• Support procurement transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 4-6 years or Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience as a Scrum Master in a technology environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Background in procurement or ERP-related technology projects is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CSM or SAFe Scrum Master preferred.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to challenges.
