Overview

The Process Development Associate Scientist will support parenteral drug product manufacturing by designing, executing, and analyzing data to address business challenges across all stages of the process.

In Short

  • Support manufacturing processes including formulation, filling, inspection, assembly, and packaging.
  • Perform process characterization and validation to optimize manufacturing parameters.
  • Author and review scientific documents and regulatory submissions.
  • Analyze datasets using statistical and machine learning methods.
  • Investigate deviations and support root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and lead project-based initiatives.
  • Support operations across multiple areas, including off-shift coverage.
  • Contribute to new product introductions and process improvements.
  • Become a subject matter expert in operational knowledge.
  • Work in a collaborative, innovative, and science-based culture.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and 1 year of experience in process development or manufacturing support, or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience.
  • Educational background in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience in GMP-regulated environments.
  • Proven experience in process validation and characterization.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Effective time and project management abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and statistical tools.
