Overview

The HEOR Senior Manager (Oncology) at Amgen is responsible for executing the HEOR strategy and engaging with various stakeholders to generate evidence that supports patient access to Amgen medicines.

In Short

  • Execute HEOR strategy aligned with Access Strategy Lead.
  • Generate global-impact payer-relevant evidence.
  • Deliver materials for Health Technology Assessment submissions.
  • Translate strategic objectives into HEOR project plans.
  • Maintain relationships with top-10 countries.
  • Engage with vendors and experts to validate HEOR strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive HEOR plans.
  • Work flexibly from home with office visits to Cambridge or Uxbridge.
  • Contribute to unlocking patient access to medicines.
  • Be part of a diverse and inclusive community at Amgen.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • Health economics training.
  • Experience in writing research protocols and publications.
  • Experience in developing payer-relevant evidence.
  • Experience in designing PRO and COA strategies.
  • Strategic understanding of HTA requirements.
  • Experience in developing GVDs and AMCP dossiers.
  • Experience in developing economic models.
  • Prior experience in the US market and oncology is a plus.
  • Ability to influence Access strategy with a HEOR perspective.
