Overview

As a Data Engineer at Amgen, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree with 5-9 years of experience in Computer Science or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Databricks and Apache Spark.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience with ETL tools and data processing Python packages.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and integration.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Professional certifications in Databricks or AWS are preferred.
