Senior Java Developer – Telecommunications & Contact Center Systems - Remote

Overview

AmeriSave Mortgage is seeking a Senior Java Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance systems for telecommunications and contact center operations.

In Short

• Architect and develop backend services and APIs using Java
• Integrate and optimize telephony platforms, including SIP and VoIP systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance call routing, IVR, and real-time analytics
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across contact center applications
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development
• Strong understanding of telecommunications protocols (SIP, RTP, VoIP)
• Familiarity with contact center platforms, CTI integrations, and CRM systems
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
