AmeriSave Mortgage is seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Representative who is committed to delivering exceptional service to customers throughout the mortgage lending process.

In Short

• Provide best-in-class customer service to a diverse client base.
• Develop a thorough understanding of AmeriSave’s lending process.
• Handle inquiries and escalations from clients.
• Monitor and respond to client correspondence.
• Place outbound calls to update borrowers on loan status.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately.
• Work flexible hours as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
