Junior Associate - Franchise Finance - Remote

Overview

The Junior Associate will provide entry-level support to the Gulf Coast Franchise Finance (GCFF) team across the loan life cycle, assisting with application intake, data entry, and various financial processes.

In Short

• Assist with loan application processes and document collection.
• Maintain electronic and physical loan files.
• Support underwriting by preparing financial data templates.
• Gather financial statements and documentation.
• Assist with Credit Approval Memo setup.
• Compile third-party reports for due diligence.
• Support closing and post-closing activities.
• Review documents for completeness.
• Process routine disbursement documentation.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline preferred.
• Entry-level; up to 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Minimum preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
