Overview

The Senior Educational Technology Support Technician is responsible as team-lead for the education technology support team, overseeing the implementation of innovative instructional materials and courses for both online and in-person learning environments.

• Lead the education technology support team.
• Ensure courses are prepared for go-live dates and maintained.
• Provide training on e-learning tools, including LMS.
• Troubleshoot technical issues within the LMS and other tools.
• Design and develop engaging instructional materials.
• Conduct needs assessments for instructional design.
• Oversee reporting and information gathering from e-learning systems.
• Ensure accessibility of instructional materials for all students.
• Continuously evaluate and improve course delivery methods.
• Prepare compliance reports as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years of experience in instructional design or education.
• Proficiency in LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong project management skills.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
