Overview

As a Senior Support Technician at Sylogist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience while using Sylogist solutions.

In Short

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Provide expert-level support for finance-related system functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues independently.
  • Assist customers with system configurations and best practices.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Provide guidance and training on system functionalities.
  • Track support cases in Zendesk or other systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a technical support role with Microsoft Business Central.
  • Strong accounting knowledge, including payroll and financial reporting.
  • Experience troubleshooting ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to work independently and resolve issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
