Senior Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Remote

Overview

Sylogist is seeking an experienced Senior Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to join our Victim Services Suite team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development and experience in secure and regulated environments.

In Short

• Develop and implement scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for D365 implementations.
• Develop custom .NET applications and API integrations.
• Lead integration efforts between D365 and third-party systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal security regulations.
• Conduct performance tuning and system optimizations.
• Develop technical documentation and best practices.
• Guide and mentor development teams.
• Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development and system integration.
• Extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Proficiency in .NET (C#) and API development.
• Strong experience with D365 plug-in development.
• Expertise in Azure Services and cloud computing.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and data migration strategies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security and compliance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
