We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, demonstrating professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.

In Short

• Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of customer issues & data before it is entered
• Act as an assistant to the HR Manager
• Maintain logs of activities and completed work
• Typing/Data Entry of confidential client and financial data
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
• Receive calls, texts & emails on behalf of the manager
• Book appointments & Flight reservations
• Flexible hours and work from home
• No previous experience required
• Part-time or full-time options available

Requirements

• Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial information
• Must display a high level of integrity and honesty
• Must be organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently
• Must be a highly motivated, self-starter
• Must be flexible and adaptable
• Computer, internet connection required
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Ability to work independently from home
