Overview

We are looking for a Veeva Vault analyst with a technical mindset, who will offer service to a multinational pharmaceutical company, to perform technical and interface assessments of AI demands, manage/ensure the platform stability, coordinate with the vendor the product enhancement requests.

In Short

  • Develop and support the use of standard and custom AI agents with Veeva Vault.
  • Provide AI technical expertise to support architecture, design, build, assembling 3rd party and custom developed tech components.
  • Ensure to follow all the best practices in every stage of SDLC.
  • Strong hands-on technical administration and configuration expertise in Veeva Vault.
  • Effective and clear communication from/to the technical team for any issues that may affect the deliverables & timelines.
  • Provide technical expertise, guidance & coaching to the technical team.
  • Fulfill technology specific business needs.
  • Provide Business Consultancy to our global stakeholders.
  • Experience with integrations as Cloud Architecture (Azure/AWS) and migrations.
  • Fluent English.

Requirements

  • +3 years of experience working in a technology or life science field.
  • Deep knowledge of PromoMats and MedComms functionalities.
  • Configuration and support of Veeva Vault applications.
  • Integration and automation through Veeva Vault API connectors.
  • Experience in SaaS solution implementation, system administration, and post-deployment support.
  • Strong understanding of Veeva Vault architecture and governance.
  • Understanding of Content Extraction tools (OCR), ETL process, and LLM configuration.
  • Experienced with various tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Agile Methodology.
  • Quill (Quillbot), CS, ML (Machine Learning) and Chatbots experience are nice to have.
