Overview

The Head of Value Attainment at Ambience is responsible for building and leading the function that proves and scales the clinical and financial impact of the company, transforming bespoke analyses into a repeatable measurement system.

• Stand up a scalable value measurement system.
• Define precise, defensible metrics across core impact areas.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, product analytics, data science, or implementation consulting.
• Experience in systems-building and team leadership.
• Proven track record in building repeatable measurement systems.
• Strong commercial judgment and understanding of value measurement.
• Direct people management experience.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience operating cross-functionally in a high-growth environment.
