• Track weekly learner engagement and deliverable completion.
• Own weekly data reporting for the program team.
• Contribute insights for end-of-program reports.
• Lead data-based nudges to support learners.
• Coordinate with other interns for community-based interventions.
• Update survey tools and track feedback trends.
• Support cohort rollout planning and resource alignment.
• Liaise with the Program Operations Analyst for material updates.
• Support onboarding of new interns.
• Engage in a remote working environment with a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data trackers.
• Analytical skills to interpret data.
