Overview

Altus Group is seeking an Innovation Concept Manager to support early-stage product ideation and validation for analytics-driven solutions within the Commercial Real Estate market.

In Short

• Lead structured workshops and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Apply Lean Inception and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product innovation or early-stage product management.
• Experience with Lean Inception and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Strong background in qualitative research and product validation.
• Experience with early-stage wireframing and usability testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills for evaluating feasibility and usability.
• Ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and backlog management.
• Understanding of data and analytics-driven products.
• Experience in the Commercial Real Estate sector is a plus.
