In Short

• Work across sub-process like funding and inspections to meet the deliverable requirements
• Review inspection results and ensures compliance with draw requests
• Update proprietary construction management software with current status
• Review underwriting materials to assess viability of contractors and projects
• Generate draw status notifications and monitor service level agreements
• Perform analysis on proposed construction projects
• Provide information and route requests to the correct personnel
• Daily ordering of inspections and maintaining budget integrity

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with construction management
• Proven customer service and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with wire management is highly required
• Detail-oriented accounting specialist
