• Handles requests via telephone or email and routes them appropriately.
• Orders residential and commercial inspections and balances budgets.
• Communicates effectively with clients to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Performs other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in construction management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with wire management is required.
• Detail-oriented with experience in vendor and realtor payments.
