Senior Associate, Title Insurance Services - Remote

In Short

• Provide Back-Office support for Title Company.
• Perform Title Search on Title plants.
• Read search documents and paraphrase title matters.
• Work with closing coordinators to revise Title Commitments.
• Create title reports and commitments based on Title Search information.
• Manage and maintain assigned title files.
• Produce error-free work consistently.
• Discern matters that require escalation to a supervisor.
• Complete all work assignments and projects timely.

Requirements

• 3+ years of US Residential / Commercial Title Search experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with title production applications.
• Mandatory typing speed of 40 WPM with 100% accuracy.
• Flexible to work in any shift, primarily night shift.
• Any Graduate.
