Quality Assurance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Quality Assurance Analyst at Altisource will be responsible for performing quality assurance reviews and analyzing findings to improve processes within the mortgage and real estate industry.

In Short

• Experience in US Mortgage Eviction, Sale, Closing, etc.
• Perform quality assurance call and process reviews.
• Analyze findings and develop reports.
• Make recommendations to reduce process variation.
• Track Business Unit responses to findings.
• Work with Management to develop project plans.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Senior Management.
• Provide timely reports documenting observations.
• Assist in implementing changes to evaluation processes.

Requirements

• Experience in US mortgage Semi Voice, Eviction, and Real Estate.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience preferred.
• No specific license or certification required.
