Associate, Settlement Services - Remote

Overview

As an Associate in Settlement Services, you will work directly with executive leadership to develop and organize financial strategies for various business lines, focusing on mortgage and real estate transactions.

In Short

• Single point of contact for buyers/lenders and stakeholders.
• Read and paraphrase title and commitment documents.
• Support Title/Settlement Services process and provide status updates.
• Interact with multiple stakeholders effectively.

• Meet output HRDs set by the business unit.
• Research and investigate complaints and disputes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Mortgage or Insurance industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Neutral/American accent required.
• Experience in an international voice process serving US customers.
• Clear Versant test with a score of 55 or higher.
