Requirements

• MS or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field.
• 15+ years of industry experience in biotech or pharma.
• 8+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Strong regulatory submission experience.
• Proven ability to lead remote and in-person teams.
• Strong communication skills for non-statistical stakeholders.
• Expertise in clinical trial design and statistical methodology.
• Experience with adaptive trials and Bayesian methods.
• Familiarity with CDISC standards and statistical programming.
• Effective in fast-paced biotech settings.
