Sr Principal Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Sr Principal Software Engineer, you will spearhead projects that implement microservices architecture using .NET Core and Azure Services. Your role involves overseeing the technical direction of projects, ensuring that the team meets quality and productivity standards. You will also engage in hands-on coding, architecture development, and mentoring of junior engineers while acting as a critical liaison between business analysts and technical teams.

• Produce and execute unit test cases, maintain coding standards.
• Generate supporting technical documentation.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule standards.
• Produce technical specifications and guide team improvement.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience: 7+ years of relevant work experience, including 2-3 years at a senior level (preferred).
• Certifications: Azure Development and appropriate SAFe certifications (preferred).
