In Short

  • Work with the product manager to build-out features into user stories for regulatory and interoperability features.
  • Review and understand government regulations.
  • Identify how regulations translate into features within Sunrise.
  • Develop user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement features.
  • Interact with business users for new requirements.
  • Serve as liaison between technology vendors and business users.
  • Lead requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support system implementations and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years’ business analyst experience.
  • 5-10 years’ healthcare industry experience.
  • Subject matter expert in regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with FHIR.
  • Skilled at translating features into user stories.
  • Experience working with development and QA teams.
  • Sunrise experience preferred.
