We are looking for a hybrid profile combining strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot development and the ability to lead and structure an Agile team.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Java/Spring Boot development.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Lead Developer managing a team.
• Strong technical skills in Java 22, Spring Boot, CI/CD tools, and testing frameworks.
• Methodological skills in Scrum/Agile and team management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
