Test and Validation Engineer - Telecom Sector - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Test and Validation Engineer to participate in the design, development, testing, and validation of TV decoders, internet boxes, and mobile applications.

In Short

• Participate in the study phase.
• Identify and implement testing strategies to ensure product and service quality.
• Write test specifications.
• Enhance the test repository to improve TV service quality.
• Coordinate and manage testing campaigns.
• Provide support and expertise in testing methods and investigations.
• Validate new TV decoders.
• Create and track bugs with the expected quality.

Requirements

• Graduated from an Engineering School or a Master 2 in Computer Science.
• Minimum of one successful experience in an internship.
• Good knowledge in embedded systems or networks (network protocols, IP, TCP, UDP, IPTV, etc.).
• Familiarity with testing tools (Wireshark, Redmine, Quality Center, etc.).
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Autonomous and capable of managing a project.
• Rigorous with a strong adaptability capacity.
• Interest in obtaining ISTQB certification.
