Overview

The Run Manager is the reference point for aligning expected objectives with the actual situation, ensuring service commitments are met and operational efficiency is maintained.

In Short

• Oversee the competence centers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing user complaints and implementing improvement plans.
• Organize and manage escalations and prioritizations.
• Monitor the status of support chains backlog.
• Ensure service commitments are respected by tracking and managing daily KPIs.
• Lead daily meetings and manage daily activities.
• Audit processes and propose action plans.
• Assist various departments in handling major incidents and crises.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Report to the transverse stream manager.

Requirements

• Master's degree in IT with over 5 years in a similar role.
• Autonomous and responsible, capable of challenging and coordinating teams.
• Strong rigor and ability to communicate effectively.
• Good writing skills and adaptability to different stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (certification required within 6 months if contract extended).
• Knowledge of the retail industry is a plus.
