Overview

The Operational Application Pilot (POA) will strengthen the team by managing various operational and developmental aspects of applications, ensuring smooth functionality and overseeing changes.

In Short

• Act as the point of contact for the Team Leader in follow-up committees.
• Manage the POA backlog and analyze Level 3 tickets.
• Create standard changes and install new versions in non-PROD environments.
• Supervise daily operational functioning of applications.
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Draft functional specifications and validate new developments.
• Coordinate application production releases.
• Document new activities and ensure proper handover to operations.
• Present EPIC Evol to the editor and conduct debugging sessions.
• Analyze performance indicators and propose action plans for improvement.

Requirements

• Confirmed experience in MKGT.
• Confirmed experience in SQL.
• Master's degree in Computer Science.
• 5 years or more of experience in a relevant field.
