Overview

As a System Operations Engineering Services Engineer at ALTEN Technology USA, you will be responsible for supporting and streamlining deployment activities across cloud environments, particularly AWS.

In Short

• Support and streamline deployment activities across cloud environments.
• Provision and configure infrastructure components such as EC2 instances and load balancers.
• Deploy infrastructure within AWS EKS clusters.
• Enhance existing deployment automation.
• Design robust infrastructure solutions.
• Author Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Create deployment procedures for scalable and resilient infrastructure.
• Experience with VPN and VPC troubleshooting.
• Application deployment experience using GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Work may be conducted remotely or on-site in Austin, TX.

Requirements

• Experience with deployment and troubleshooting of VPCs.
• Experience establishing VPN and configuring routes.
• Systems expertise and documentation of data flow.
• Experience with IaC and autonomous deployment.
• Experience creating dashboards with alerts.
• Application deployment experience using GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• IT hardware expertise.
• Project setup and run experience in AWS.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and GitLab.
