In Short

• Design and implement test strategies using JTAG/Boundary Scan.
• Develop Boundary Scan tests for PCB validation.
• Program test sequences with JTAG Technologies, XJTAG, or Tessent (Siemens EDA).
• Diagnose failures in digital circuits using JTAG, oscilloscopes, and signal analyzers.
• Integrate tests into ICT and Functional Test (FCT) systems.
• Document test strategies and metrics for process optimization.
• Ensure testability from the design phase.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure DFT requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with JTAG and Boundary Scan testing.
• Knowledge of PCB design and manufacturing processes.
