Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in FinTech or Energy domain.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with big data tools and ETL platforms.
• Proficiency in data modeling and business process mapping.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
