Business Analyst - Energy Sector - Remote

Overview

This is an opportunity for you to make an immediate impact in our IT Team, helping define business problems, analysing requirements and executing, recommending, and delivering data-driven strategic improvements to our strategic systems.

In Short

• Investigate business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity.
• Take responsibility to deliver change and improvements on efficiency and strengthen the Business processes particularly in CRM.
• Adopt holistic view to identify and analyse problem and opportunities.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to get the information required for feasibility assessment.
• Document artefacts to help define and manage scoping requirements definition and prioritisation activities for strategic and complex IT projects.
• Develop models and diagrams to represent and communicate data requirements and data assets.
• Conduct root cause and identify recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Similar experience within the Energy sector or other regulated industry.
