Overview

The RN Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinic's nursing operations and ensuring quality medical management and patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• 2 years of patient care experience in a clinical setting.
• Valid RN license in California.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish/Chinese preferred.
• Master’s degree in health services or management preferred.
• Experience with audits and health inspections preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
