Data Specialist (PACE) - Remote

Overview

The Data Specialist (PACE) at AltaMed is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to PACE participants, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing patient satisfaction through effective data management.

In Short

• Collect and analyze data for PACE participants.
• Interact with CMS and DHCS for data submissions.
• Ensure data integrity and proper revenue flow.
• Monitor key service metrics affecting service quality.
• Collaborate with various organizations and vendors.
• Work with other data analysts to consolidate reports.
• Understand and implement standard operating procedures.
• Stay updated with State and Federal regulations.
• Support management in operational and strategic decisions.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish/Chinese preferred.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience with CMS, DHCS, or healthcare environments.
• 2 years of experience using Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Bilingual in Spanish/Chinese preferred.
